Why is that some companies succeed where others fail? Why is that some companies you trust completely without pause and others you umm and ahh about giving even them most basic details? Finally why is that when you have a need there are some stores you will continually visit when you need to buy something?

The team at Jive came to realise there must be some secret formula that the successful organizations knew and didn’t tell the rest of us so that the average business who was selling the same or even better services were struggling to make ends meet and attract a client.

Then a strange thing happened, almost like a light globe above the head moment, the clients started coming, the services started selling and all at a time that we were doing less traditional advertising than usual. What were we doing differently than before and why were the customers raving about our products now?

Within a few short weeks the Jive machine was going so well that changes were necessary to meet the increased demand. It was then that we realized the small change we made that was making all the difference…… WE LISTENED TO YOU!
